野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が保有するオフィスビルを売却する。売却する物件は、神戸市中央区にある平成10年竣工、16階建のオフィスビル。契約時現在のテナントは32社、稼働率は82.2%。売却額と簿価の差額は314百万円となり、売却益が発生するが、一部を内部留保する予定。これに伴う第19期（平成25年4月期）業績予想の修正はなし。
