野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第17期（平成24年4月期）決算を発表した。第17期は、スポンサーである野村不動産よりオフィスビル3棟を取得。これにより賃貸収益が増加するも、前期の物件売却益がなくなることから、前期比15%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,790円となった。第18期（平成24年10月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により1.3%増収を見込むも、管理費等の増加により3.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,300円となる見通し。
