野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第16期決算を発表、1口当たり実績分配金は14,837円

野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第16期（平成23年10月期）決算を発表した。第16期はオフィスビル3棟を売却。野村不動産天王洲ビルの賃料減額及び一部退去に伴う減収や物件売却損105百万円が発生するも、物件売却益1,116百万円計上により前期比4.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,837円となった。第17期（平成24年4月期）は、オフィスビル3棟を取得する。これにより賃貸収益が増加する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなることから18%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,400円となる見通し。
