野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人（NOF）が保有物件2棟を売却する。2棟ともに都内のオフィスビルで、平成20年にNOFが取得したもの。稼働率は100%で推移しているが、ポートフォリオの中で比較的規模が小さく、売却額及び今後の収益性を考慮し、売却を決定した。売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
