野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が、5月2日に発表した第16期（平成23年10月期）業績予想を修正した。売却したNOF東陽町ビルの簿価が当初予定より変動したことにより、物件売却益が92百万円減少。これにより従来予想比1.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,630円となる見通し。
