野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第14期（平成22年10月期）決算を発表した。第14期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸事業収入が減少する一方、賃貸事業費用の増加に伴い前期比11%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,681円となった。第15期（平成23年4月期）は、オフィスビル1棟の共有持分33%を売却。物件売却益271百万円が発生するも、野村不動産天王洲ビル（旧JALビル）の一部退去に伴う賃貸収益減少等により1.2%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,500円となる見通し。
