野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第13期(平成22年4月期)決算を発表した。第13期は名古屋のオフィスビル1棟を取得するも、既存物件の賃貸収入の減少により前期比5.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,500円となった。第14期(平成22年10月期)は、既存物件の賃貸収益の減少を見込み12%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,500円となる見通し。
