野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人（NOF）と野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人（NRF）の資産運用会社である野村不動産投信が、オープンエンド型非上場REIT「野村不動産プライベート投資法人」（NPR）を設立することを発表した。NPRは、適格機関投資家を投資口募集の対象とし、オフィスビル、住宅、商業施設、物流施設等を運用する。上場REITであるNOF及びNRFとの利益相反防止対策として、運用体制を整備するとともに、物件情報の優先順位をローテーションとする等を定める。
