野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第11期（平成21年4月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、7棟取得及び3棟売却を行った。物件売却益1,128百万円が寄与する一方、物件売却損1,033百万円計上により前期比2.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,673円となった。第12期（平成21年10月期）はオフィスビル1棟を取得予定。前期に取得した物件が通期稼働する一方、上記物件売却損益がなくなること及び支払利息の増加等により3.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,000円となる見通し。
