野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第12期（平成21年10月期）決算を発表した。第12期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸収益が増加するも、前期の物件売却益がなくなること及び支払利息の増加等により前期比1%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,496円となった。第13期（平成22年4月期）は名古屋のオフィスビル1棟を取得。賃貸収入が減少する一方、賃貸費用の増加により8%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,100円となる見通し。
