野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第9期(平成20年4月期)決算を発表した。第9期は、オフィスビル3棟を取得。2%増収となる一方、支払利息増等により前期比0.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,923円と前期比微増。第10期(平成20年10月期)は第9期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比11%増益、増資により投資口数が15%増加するも1口当たり分配金は16,350円となる見通し。
