野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人（NOF)が、保有するNOFテクノポートカマタセンタービルの敷地一部を国に売却する。売却部分は、共有持分30％を保有する敷地の一部154㎡。南蒲田交差点の立体交差事業の対象地としてかねてより指定されており、都市計画変更に基づき収用される。他の共有持分保有者も同様に売却を行う。 売却額と簿価との差額は11百万円強。売却益は、第8期（平成19年10月期）に計上される。売却に伴い既存不適格物件となるものの、鑑定価格への影響はないとしている。
