野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第7期(平成19年4月期)決算を発表した。第7期は、オフィスビル1棟を取得し、前期比5.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,750円となった。第8期(平成19年10月期)は、前期比5.9%増収となる一方、地下鉄敷設に伴う補償金収益がなくなる等の要因により5.9%減益となり、1口当たり分配金は15,800円となる見通し。
