野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人（NOF）は、保有するNOF仙台青葉通りビルの敷地一部が、平成27年開業予定の地下鉄東西線建設対象となることにより、区分地上権を設定した。NOFは、区分地上権設定補償金及び残地補償金として、仙台市より295百万円を受領する。これに併せて、第7期（平成19年4月期）業績予想を修正した。従来予想比5%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,275円となる見通し。
