野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第5期(平成18年4月期)決算を発表した。第5期は、5棟を取得し、前期比3%の増益、1口当たり分配金は15,638円となった。第6期(平成18年10月期)は、新規1棟の取得によって6%の増益を見込む一方、投資口35,933口の増加に伴い、1口当たり分配金は14,430円と8%減となる見通し。
