野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人（NOF）が、投資口の追加発行を行うことを発表した。発行口数は34,800口。その他にオーバーアロットメントによる売出1,740口を行う。これによって総投資口数は最大で266,510口と16%増加する。 また、札幌のオフィスビル1棟を取得することを発表。NOFの札幌での取得は初。物件は札幌駅前通りと北一条通りが交差する角地に建つ昭和56年竣工12階建てオフィスビル。契約時現在のテナント数は44社、稼働率は87.1%。 また、第5期（平成18年4月期）業績予想の修正と、第6期（平成18年10月期）の業績予想を発表した。第5期利益は、12月20日に発表した従来予想から微増、1口当たり予想分配金は30円増の15,330円となる見通し。また上記投資口の追加発行と物件取得の影響を受ける第6期は、前期比6.7%増益となるも、投資口数16%の増加によって、1口当たり予想分配金は14,110円と、前期を8%下回る見通し。
