野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が第6期(平成18年10月期)決算を発表。第6期は、2棟のオフィスビルを取得し、前期比17.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,905円となった。第7期(平成19年4月期)は、増収を見込むが、保守的に費用増加を見込んでいることに伴い、2.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,500円となる見通し。
