NTT都市開発リート投資法人が、「かながわサイエンスパーク」R&D棟を売却することを発表した。 物件は、川崎市高津区にある、1989年竣工の研究施設「かながわサイエンスパーク」のうち12階建のR＆D棟。スポンサー変更前のプレミア投資法人の上場時2002年から保有しているが、築36年となり今後の修繕費の増加リスクや不動産市況を勘案し、売却を決定した。売却額は52.14億円。売却先は非開示。 これに伴い売却損11.43億円が2025年10月期に発生するが、ランディック第2新橋ビルの売却益12.26億円と相殺するため分配金への影響はなし。業績予想は現在精査中のため、6月に公表する2025年4月期決算発表時に反映する予定。
