3Dインベストメント・パートナーズが、NTT都市開発リート投資法人（NUD）のTOBを発表した。 3Dインベストメント・パートナーズは、シンガポールに拠点を置く投資会社であり、主に日本の上場会社に投資している。 同社が運用する信託を通して、NUDの投資口32,420口（保有割合2.20％）を保有する。NUDの収益性やポートフォリオに対し投資口価格が割安に評価されてると判断し、純投資を目的に市場取引の延長としてTOBを行う。 買付価格は1口当たり131,890円。買付予定口数は189,128口（発行済投資口数の12.8％）。買付期間は1月28日～3月3日。 これに対しNUDは今後見解を公表する予定。
