NTT都市開発リート投資法人（NUD）が、「グランパーク」と「ガーデン板橋氷川町」を、スポンサーであるNTTグループより取得する。2物件の取得額は計176.7億円。 「グランパーク」は、港区芝浦に位置する、1996年竣工、34階建のオフィスを中心とした複合施設。NUDは既に共有持分13％を取得済であり、今回取得する持分16.6％と併せて計29.6％を保有することとなる。今回の取得額は148.5億円。 「ガーデン板橋氷川町」は、都営三田線板橋区役所前駅より徒歩4分に位置する、2008年竣工、14階建のマンション。共有持分の48.12％を取得する。取得額は28.2億円。
