プレミア投資法人が、ビュロー紀尾井町を5月に売却する。 物件は、千代田区平河町にある、2002年竣工、11階建のサービスアパートメント。2003年取得後、運営会社に一括賃貸していたが、2020年末に解約となったため、新たな運用形態を模索していた。検討の結果、スポンサーであるNTT都市開発に売却する。売却額は28.5億円。これにより売却益11.63億円が発生する見込み。 これに伴い、第38期（2021年10月期）業績予想を修正。上記の物件売却益を反映し、12月に公表した業績予想に対し32.4％増益を見込む。売却益のうち472百万円を内部留保し、1口当たり分配金は3,230円となる見通し。
