プレミア投資法人が、名称を変更する。 2020年10月にNTT都市開発の単独スポンサーとなったことから、スポンサーとの連携強化を明確化する目的。3月の投資主総会での承認を経て、4月1日より「NTT都市開発リート投資法人」となる予定。 併せて、NTT都市開発グループの資産運用業の再編に伴い、4月1日より資産運用会社がNTT都市開発投資顧問となる予定。
