プレミア投資法人（PIC）が、スポンサーであるNTT都市開発と物件入替えを行う。 PICが取得する物件は、地下鉄大手町駅に直結する、2016年竣工、31階建のオフィス棟と、18階建の「星のや東京」の宿泊棟から成る大規模複合施設。PICは約1.2％の持分を取得する。取得額は46.8億円。 一方、売却する物件は、市ヶ谷駅より徒歩8分に位置する、1993年竣工のオフィスビル。築年数経過に伴う修繕費の増加や今後の収益力等を勘案し売却する。売却額は17.78億円。 本物件入替えに伴い、売却益190百万円の計上を見込むが、業績予想の修正はなし。
