プレミア投資法人が、第33期（2019年4月期）決算を発表した。 第33期は「アーバンネット五反田NNビル」を取得、「アーバンネット入船ビル」「プレミア海岸ビル」を売却した。物件売却に伴い賃貸収益は減少するが、物件売却益876百万円が寄与し、前期比20.6％増益。物件売却益のうち362百万円を内部留保とするも、1口当たり分配金は2,976円と前期比10.4％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは59物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,437億円、有利子負債比率は44.8％。 第34期（2019年10月期）は、賃貸収益は増加するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比15.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,750円となる見通し。 第35期（2020年4月期）は、修繕費の減少により、前期予想比2.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,820円となる見通し。
