プレミア投資法人が、第30期（平成29年10月期）決算を発表した。 第30期は「スフィアタワー天王洲（持分67％）」を取得。前期のトレードピア淀屋橋（底地）の売却益がなくなるが、賃貸収益の増加が寄与し、前期比0.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,537円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは60物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,490億円、有利子負債比率は46.8％。 第31期（平成30年4月期）は「NU関内ビル」を売却。これによる売却益96百万円や、スフィアタワー天王洲の通期稼働、既存物件の稼働率上昇により、前期比3.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,620円となる見通し。 第32期（平成30年10月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなることや、固都税の評価替えによる増加により、前期予想比2.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,550円となる見通し。
