プレミア投資法人が、第27期（平成28年4月期）決算を発表した。第27期は、静岡のオフィスビル2棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益や既存物件の稼働率が好調に推移し、前期比3.8％増益。投資口5分割により、1口当たり分配金は2,460円（分割前換算12,300円）となった。期末のポートフォリオは59物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,359億円、有利子負債比率は44.4％。第28期（平成28年10月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や既存物件の賃料増額改定により、前期比3％増収を見込む一方、固都税や水光熱費の増加により0.4％減益、1口当たり分配金は2,450円となる見通し。続く第29期（平成29年4月期）は、オフィスビルの稼働率低下により、前期予想比3.7％減益を見込むが、内部留保より118百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,450円と前期予想と変わらない見通し。
