プレミア投資法人が、第27期（平成28年4月期）業績予想を修正した。2月に取得した「アーバンネット静岡追手町ビル」「アーバンネット静岡ビル」の収益や、レジデンスの稼働率上昇に伴う収益増加が寄与し、昨年12月に公表した業績予想に対し5.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,450円となる見通し。
