プレミア投資法人が、第26期（平成27年10月期）決算を発表した。第26期は「NTTクレド岡山ビル」の取得、「サンパレス南麻布」及び「ホーマットウッドビル」の売却を行った。物件売却益が減少する一方、前期に取得したオフィスビル4棟の通期稼働や既存物件の稼働率上昇が寄与し、前期比10.4％増益。74百万円を内部留保とするも1口当たり分配金は11,564円と前期を7.8％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは57棟（優先出資証券1件含む）、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,332億円、有利子負債比率は44.0％。第27期（平成28年4月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなることや非繁忙期による賃貸事業収入の減少等により前期比1.7％減益を見込む。投資口5分割により1口当たり分配金は2,330円（分割前換算11,650円）となる見通し。続く第28期（平成28年5月期）は、固都税の増加により前期予想比2.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,270円（分割前換算11,350円）となる見通し。
