プレミア投資法人が投資口の分割を発表した。10月末を基準日として第27期（平成28年4月期）より、投資口1口を5口に分割する。これに伴い発行済投資口数が263,399口から1,316,995口となり、1口当たり予想分配金を11,100円から2,220円へ修正。
