プレミア投資法人が第25期（平成27年4月期）決算を発表した。第25期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「アーバンネット池袋ビル」等オフィスビル3棟を取得する一方、「神田中央通ビル」を売却。これによる賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益251百万円により、前期比20.8％増益。投資口数が20.4％増加するも1口当たり分配金は10,731円と前期を6.1％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは58棟（優先出資証券1件を含む）、資産規模（取得額計）は2,358億円、有利子負債比率は44.8％。第26期（平成27年10月期）は、「NTTクレド岡山ビル」を取得する一方、「ホーマットウッドビル」「サンパレス南麻布」を売却。物件売却益が減少するが、前期及び当期に取得した物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比2.8％増益を見込む。物件売却益の一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は10,750円と前期を0.2％上回る見通し。続く第27期（平成28年4月期）1口当たり分配金は11,100円となる見通し。
