プレミア投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は42,500口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,200口。これにより発行後の投資口数は20％増の263,399口となる予定。調達額は約218億円を見込み、併せて発表したオフィスビル3棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、アーバンネット池袋ビル等、都内のオフィスビル3棟、取得額は計220億円。3棟ともにスポンサーであるNTT都市開発が開発した物件。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は10％増の2,358億円となる。これらに伴い、12月18日に公表した第25期（平成27年4月期）及び第26期（平成27年10月期）業績予想を修正。第25期は、上記3棟の賃貸収益が寄与し前回予想比14.9％増益を見込むが、投資口数の増加により1口当たり分配金は10,300円と前回予想を4.6％下回る見通し。第26期は、3棟の通期稼働により前回予想比28.9％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,700円と前回予想を7％上回る見通し。
