プレミア投資法人のスポンサーにケネディクスが参画する。プレミア投資法人の主要スポンサーであるNTT都市開発は、REITを含む不動産ファンド事業、開発事業を中心として、ケネディクスと共同で事業を行うことを発表。その共同事業の一環として、ケネディクスがプレミア投資法人のスポンサーに参画する。出資割合は30％。一方、ケン・コーポレーションがスポンサーから外れる。これに伴い、ケネディクスは、自社で運用するケネディクス・オフィス投資法人とケネディクス・レジデンシャル投資法人、スポンサー参画する日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人を加え、4つの上場REITの運用に携わる。またケネディクス商業リート投資法人を10月に設立し、上場を目指している。
