プレミア投資法人が第22期（平成25年10月期）決算を発表した。第22期はアーバンネット入船ビルを取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与するも、既存物件の賃貸収益減少及び賃貸費用の増加により、前期比4%減益。内部留保より44百万円を取り崩すも、1口当たり分配金は10,000円と前期を1.8%下回った。第23期（平成26年4月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、2棟及び優先出資証券を取得。これによる収益が寄与し、前期比10%増益となるも、投資口数11%増により1口当たり分配金は9,680円と前期を3.2%下回る見通し。続く第24期（平成26年10月期）は、固都税の増加等を見込み前期予想比6.6%減益、内部留保残額56百万円を取り崩すが、1口当たり分配金は9,300円と前期予想を3.9%下回る見通し。
