プレミア投資法人が第21期（平成25年4月期）決算を発表した。第21期における物件取得はなし。オフィスビルのテナント退去により営業利益ベースでは前期比0.6%減益となったが、投資法人債利息の減少により経常利益ベースで1%増益。当初予定していた剰余金の取り崩しを行わず、1口当たり分配金は10,185円となった。第22期（平成25年10月期）はアーバンネット入船ビルを取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与するも、既存物件で6,760㎡のテナント退去を予定しており、6.1%減益を想定。剰余金より85百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は10,000円となる見通し。続く第23期（平成26年4月期）前期予想比0.5%減益、剰余金残15百万円を全額取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は9,600円となる見通し。
