プレミア投資法人が第20期（平成24年10月期）決算を発表した。第20期における物件取得はなし。前期の物件売却益がなくなったこと及び固都税の増加等により、前期比9%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,084円となった。第21期（平成25年4月期）は、オフィスビルにおいて約5,500平米のテナント退去予定があるため4.4%減益を見込む。内部留保より71百万円を取り崩すが、1口当たり分配金は10,000円と前期を0.8%下回る見通し。続く第22期（平成25年10月期）は、前期予想比1.5%減益を見込む。内部留保残額28百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は9,640円となる見通し。
