プレミア投資法人が第19期（平成24年4月期）決算を発表した。第19期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル6棟レジデンス1棟を取得し、レジデンス1棟を売却した。これにより資産規模は前期比18%増、取得価格ベースで1,965億円となった。新規取得による賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益170百万円が寄与し、前期比66%増益、投資口数が40%増加するも、100百万円を内部留保し、1口当たり分配金は10,566円と前期を13%上回った。第20期（平成24年10月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、テナント退去、前期の物件売却益がなくなること、固都税の増加等により14%減益。前期の内部留保を全額取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は10,030円となる見通し。続く第21期（平成25年4月期）1口当たり分配金は、前期の内部留保がなくなることから9,410円となる見通し。
