プレミア投資法人が投資口の追加発行を発表。発行口数は53,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出5,000口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は41%増の198,100口となる見込み。調達資金は約150億円を見込み、併せて発表した7棟の取得資金に充当する。7棟の取得価格は計331億円。また保有物件1棟を売却する。これらに伴い第19期（平成24年4月期）業績予想を修正。7棟取得による賃貸収入及び物件売却益166百万円が寄与し、従来予想比53%増益、土地等を先行取得した場合の課税特例を活用し物件売却益のうち約100万円を内部留保するため、1口当たり分配金は10,100円と、従来予想比3%増の見通し。第20期（平成24年10月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなること及び固都税増加等により前期予想比8%減益を見込むが、前期の内部留保より約74百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は10,100円と、前期と同額を予想。
