プレミア投資法人が第17期(平成23年4月期)業績予想を修正した。芝浦アイランドブルームタワー及びユーディーエックス特定目的会社優先出資証券の取得に伴い、従来予想比8%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,330円となる見通し。併せて第18期(平成23年10月期)業績予想を発表。上記2件の収益が通期寄与するも、かながわサイエンスパーク等既存物件のテナント退去に伴う収益減少により、前期予想比9.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は9,320円となる見通し。
