プレミア投資法人（PIC）が港区のレジデンス及び優先出資証券を取得する。レジデンスは山手線田町駅より徒歩9分にある48階建のタワーマンションと隣接する介護付老人ホーム。PICは共有持分の16%を取得する。優先出資証券は、鹿島建設及びPICのスポンサーであるNTT都市開発が開発したオフィスビル「秋葉原UDX」を保有する特定目的会社が発行する優先出資証券。PICは鹿島建設が保有する全持分（全体の14%）を取得する。今回の取得に伴う業績予想の修正は後日発表する予定。
