プレミア投資法人が第16期（平成22年10月期）1口当たり予想分配金を修正した。当初想定より、レジデンスの稼働率上昇に伴う収益増、投資法人債のリファイナンスに伴う費用減等により、従来予想比5.2%増の12,520円となる見通し。
