プレミア投資法人（PIC）は、主要スポンサーがNTT都市開発に交代することを発表した。NTT都市開発は、PICの資産運用会社の発行株式のうち53%を取得し筆頭株主になるとともに、PICの第三者割当増資引受、役員派遣、パイプライン契約締結を行う。PICは投資法人債150億円の償還期限を9月に控えており、スポンサー交代により財務戦略を再構築するとともに、NTT都市開発の開発・保有物件を取得していく構え。第三者割当増資の発行口数は8,700口、1口当たり発行価額は346,275円。調達資金30億円は新規に取得するオフィスビルの取得資金の一部に充当する。
