プレミア投資法人が第13期（平成21年4月期）決算を発表した。第13期は物件の取得はなし。支払利息の増加等により前期比2.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,312円となった。第14期（平成21年10月期）は、賃貸収益の減少及び支払利息の増加等により11%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,520円となる見通し。続く第15期（平成22年4月期）1口当たり分配金は13,560円となる見通し。
