プレミア投資法人が第11期（平成20年4月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、4棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。物件売却益18.4億円が寄与し、前期比107%増益、投資口数が30%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は28,484円と前期を60%上回った。第12期（平成20年10月期）は3棟取得を予定。物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比42%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,560円となる見通し。続く第13期（平成21年4月期）1口当たり分配金は16,470円となる見通し。
