プレミア投資法人の資産運用会社であるプレミア・リート・アドバイザーズの株主が一部変更となる。 これまで主に中堅証券会社が保有していた株式を、マンションデベロッパーの総合地所及びその子会社トータルハウジングへ売却する。また、筆頭株主であるケン・コーポレーションの保有比率も27%から35%へ高める。これによって、PICの主要スポンサーはケン・コーポレーション、総合地所グループ。中央三井トラストグループの3グループとなる。
