プレミア投資法人が第10期（平成19年10月期）決算を発表。第10期は、オフィスビル2棟及びレジデンス1棟を取得し、前期比9%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,810円となった。第11期（平成20年4月期）は、レジデンス1棟取得及びオフィスビル1棟売却を予定。物件売却益が寄与し前期比98%増益、増資を行い投資口数が30%増となるも、1口当たり分配金は27,280円と、前期を大幅に上回る見通し。第12期（平成20年10月期）は、この物件売却益はなくなるため、1口当たり分配金は14,760円となる見通し。
