プレミア投資法人（PIC）が投資口の追加発行を行う。PICの増資は2年半ぶり。発行口数は30,000口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は30%増の131,400口となる。併せて、レジデンス1棟の取得及びオフィスビル1棟の売却を行う。取得するレジデンスは、JR田町駅の南東徒歩8分にある、今年3月竣工、48階建て全871戸から成る超高層マンション。PICは共有持分23%を取得する。売り主は、PICのオリジネーターであるケン・コーポレーションが匿名組合出資するSPC。一方、売却するオフィスビルは、平成15年に取得した新横浜のオフィスビル。売却額は取得額の倍を超える33億円で、簿価との差額は19億円となる。 これに伴い、第11期（平成20年4月期）業績予想修正及び第12期（平成20年10月期）業績予想を発表。第11期は上記投資口追加発行、取得及び売却を反映し、従来予想比112%増益、1口当たり分配金は27,240円となる見通し。
