プレミア投資法人が第7期(平成18年4月期)決算を発表した。第7期はレジデンス1棟の取得と第6期取得の通期稼働により賃貸収益が大幅に増加した一方、第6期の物件売却益がなくなったことから営業収益は微増。一方平成17年取得物件の固都税費用等により、当期利益が微減となったため1口当たり分配金14,311円となった。第8期(平成18年10月期)は、取得予定1棟を加算し、1口当たり分配金は14,300円と、第7期と同水準となる見通し。
