プレミア投資法人（PIC）が世田谷区のレジデンスを取得することを発表した。物件は、東急東横線「祐天寺駅」より徒歩10分に、3月竣工予定のマンション。1LDK-2LDKを中心に32戸から成る。PICは竣工と同時に取得する。レジデンス系銘柄の物件追加取得が続く中、PICの物件取得は約半年ぶり。
