日本プライムリアルティ投資法人（JPR）の資産運用会社である東京リアルティ・インベストメント・マネジメントが、物流施設を主要な投資対象とする投資法人を新たに設立することを発表した。 スポンサーである東京建物グループは、2018年に物流施設の開発事業を開始し、「T-LOGI」ブランドの物流施設を全国展開している。中期経営計画にて物流施設の開発事業を成長ドライバーとして更に開発を進めるなか、JPRとは別に物流施設を対象とした投資法人を運用する。8月中に設立、9月に登録を予定。上場時期は未定。
