日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第32期（平成29年12月期）決算を発表した。 第32期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した東京スクエアガーデンが通期取得する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなったため、前期比2.9％減益、1口当たり分配金は7,223円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは62物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,350億円、有利子負債比率は40.6％。 第33期（平成30年6月期）は、固都税が増加する一方、支払利息の減少により、当期純利益は前期を同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,220円となる見通し。
